The juices

Why cold pressed we hear you ask

Cold-pressing is the most nutritious way to obtain juice.  First the juice is ground into a fine pulp.  Then a cold press applies thousand of pounds of pressure to the pulp extracting every ounce of juice that the vegetables and fruits have to give you.  This is why we can be so sure that every Cornucopia juice bottle is packed full of goodness.
We would never accept anything unhealthy, heat-pasteurised or with added sugar, so why should you?

HPP? Ehrm, what is this

Very good question! HPP stands for High Pressure Processing. This is how we can safely preserve our juices, naturally, giving them a shelf life of up to 8 weeks! Heat (pasteurisation) is not used to preserve. This innovative method uses cold water and high pressure to kill any potential pathogens and allows the vegetables and fruits that go into our juices to retain their natural vitamins, enzymes and all round goodness! In a way you could say, its magic!
